Ashish Kumar Thakur, Founder & CEO of C4 Cause Digital Pvt. Ltd., is a social sector professional and social impact entrepreneur with over six years of experience in programme implementation, Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E), partnerships, and digital capacity building. He works at the intersection of technology and development, enabling organizations to strengthen programme delivery, transparency, and impact visibility. Ashish has led M&E frameworks, impact documentation, and AI-driven capacity-building initiatives for social sector professionals. He is a Mentor with Medha Learning Foundation for digital capacity building initiatives. He holds a PGPDM from SPJIMR and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Delhi.

Chief Technology Officer

Astitva Kumar, Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at C4 Cause, is a technology professional leading the development and management of digital platforms, system workflows, and technology solutions that support impact documentation, data management, and communication for NGOs and CSR organizations. He is currently working as a Technical Support Engineer at Uffizio, managing customer support systems, troubleshooting, and fleet management software operations. Previously, he served as a Solution Engineer at Anstel Pvt. Ltd., contributing to IT operations and system optimization. Astitva holds a B.Tech in Computer Science from Maharshi Dayanand University and a Diploma from the Board of Technical Education, Delhi.

Chief Operating Officer

Ayush Bisht, Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer (COO) at C4 Cause, is a media and communication professional leading operations, project execution, client coordination, and quality control across assignments, while actively contributing to shooting and post-production editing. He is the Founder of Infocus Production House, a freelancing studio that delivered over 24 projects in a year, including campaign collaborations with L’Oréal Paris and Motorola. Ayush is currently pursuing an M.A. in Psychology from Jamia Millia Islamia and has served as Media Head for multiple college societies. He has also volunteered with WWF, the American Embassy, and CEHRO.

Sameer Khan, Co-founder and Head of Post Production at C4 Cause, is a media professional specializing in post-production, sound design, and visual content finishing. He leads editing workflows, sound engineering, color correction, content structuring, and final output quality across films, documentation projects, and digital content. He is also the Co-founder of Infocus Production House and has contributed to campaigns for brands such as Motorola and 99acres, along with 20+ other projects. Sameer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from GGSIP University and is currently pursuing an MBA in Digital Marketing from Amity University. He previously worked as Senior Video Editor at Info Edge, Noida.
